CareLink Closet offers free clothing, shoes, and essential personal items to men and women experiencing homelessness or severe financial hardship. By ensuring access to clean, seasonally appropriate clothing and hygiene products, CareLink Closet helps individuals maintain dignity, confidence, and comfort while navigating daily challenges.
All donations are distributed directly to those in need through our community programs and coordinated case management, connecting participants with medical care, behavioral health support, housing assistance, and other vital resources.

Weather Closure Notice – Tuesday, December 2, 2025
Due to the forecasted weather conditions, all Worcester and Boston area offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
- There will be no in-person case management appointments and no home visits.
- All scheduled appointments will be conducted via telehealth. At your appointment time, please log in as usual and your Case Manager will meet with you.
Transportation services will also be suspended. There will be no transportation provided to non-urgent medical appointments.
