Frontline CareLink

Our Philosophy

Frontline CareLink provides comprehensive mental health case management for first responders, including police officers, corrections officers, court officers, and firefighters. The program connects participants with behavioral health services, peer support resources, and community programs to address stress, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our team works closely with first responders to promote resilience, well-being, and long-term mental health stability.


Services Offered

  • Confidential Care Planning & Goal Setting – Develop personalized mental health care plans with strict privacy standards.
  • Resource Coordination – Connect first responders to mental health providers, peer support programs, and community resources while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Peer Support & Mentorship – Facilitate secure, confidential connections with trained peers or experienced first responders.
  • Appointment Support – Assist with scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups in a discreet and secure manner.
  • Treatment Monitoring – Track progress and adherence while protecting privacy at every step.
  • System Navigation – Guide first responders through mental health services and benefits confidentially.
  • Crisis Support Coordination – Ensure urgent mental health resources are accessed securely and confidentially.
  • Communication & Advocacy – Act as a private liaison between participants, providers, and department leadership.
  • Skill-Building Workshops – Peer-led or case manager-guided sessions on stress management, resilience, and coping, delivered in a confidential environment.
  • Follow-Up & Continuity – Maintain ongoing contact securely to support mental wellness and long-term stability.

Weather Closure Notice – Tuesday, December 2, 2025

Due to the forecasted weather conditions, all Worcester and Boston area offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.  


  • There will be no in-person case management appointments and no home visits.  
  • All scheduled appointments will be conducted via telehealth. At your appointment time, please log in as usual and your Case Manager will meet with you.  


Transportation services will also be suspended. There will be no transportation provided to non-urgent medical appointments.
